How billing works

Everything is billed in reais. Here is how you pay, what you receive and what happens when your balance runs low.
One account · billing in reais

Prepaid or postpaid

Prepaid

Add balance first. Usage is debited from it as it happens.

Postpaid

Use first and receive an invoice when the month closes. Postpaid becomes available only once a monthly spending limit is set.

Your balance in hours

Type an amount and choose a GPU or a model to see how much use it buys at the prices published now, on a prepaid balance.

Paying and invoices

  • Pay by Pix, card or boleto. The methods available to your account are listed in the portal.
  • The card number and security code are typed into the payment gateway's secure field and never reach our servers.
  • Your balance updates when the payment is confirmed.
  • Fees for paying by Pix, card, or boleto are not part of the price, and nothing is deducted from your balance: it is credited with the full amount you pay.
  • An invoice or statement is issued when each billing month closes.

When the balance runs low

  • Running GPUs are suspended without deletion. New compute charges pause; any unpaid recorded usage or separately accepted plan commitment remains due.
  • When the balance runs out, API calls are refused, and a refused call is not charged.

Monthly spending limit

Postpaid accounts have a monthly spending limit. A GPU launch that would exceed it is refused, and API calls are refused once it is reached. GPUs already running are suspended once it is reached. New compute charges pause; any unpaid recorded usage or separately accepted plan commitment remains due. You can ask for a higher limit through support.
